Start of a trivial test case for the socket APIs. Only tests
simple server setup & client connect for UNIX sockets so far
* tests/Makefile.am: Add socket test
* tests/virnetsockettest.c: New test case
* tests/testutils.c: Avoid overriding LIBVIRT_DEBUG settings
