Parse ipaddr for bridge network types
As well as supporting round-tripping of the IP address, this fixes a
leak if ipaddr was specified in the Xen domain config.
I believe this will requires changes to the test data files too,
since a number of our example SEXPR files contain an IP address
setting, but its not currently in the matching XML file.
