[libvirt] [PATCH v2 07/12] bootstrap.conf: stop creating AUTHORS file
The existence of AUTHORS file is required for GNU projects but since
commit <8bfb36db40f38e92823b657b5a342652064b5adc> we do not require
these files to exist.
