That's because the CI host went down several days ago, and we're only now getting back to a stable state.

If you look at the failed jobs, most of them are pretty old, while the last builds have for the most part succeeded. Additionally, https://travis-ci.org/libvirt/libvirt reports success across the board, so I wouldn't be too concerned about the contents of master not being suitable for a release :)
