[libvirt PATCH 21/26] meson: Switch to autodetection for apparmor_profiles

Match the behavior of most other features. This will result in a change in behavior, because profiles will now be installed whenever AppArmor support is enabled; on the other hand, this is probably the behavior users expected in the first place.
