Unintentional encoding change? Is there any need to represent non-ascii
via &...; entities rather than direct encoding to avoid rendering problems?
Good catch, and completely unintentional. :(
I suspect it was just the IDE I'm using, so I'll check if can be made to work
without having to use the &xyz; entity approach.
