the VM daemon. In facton the 2nd case, I'm wondering why we
still have the vm->logfile handle open at all. We are no longer
responsible for logging stdout/err from the QEMU proess into
the logfile, since we dup'd its stdout/err directly onto the
logfile FD. So we shouldnt' have any reason to keep this open.
