[libvirt PATCH 00/11] ci: helper: Improve cross-building support and more

Mainly, this switches the output of the list-images action to be more compact and changes all actions that work on containers so that the cross-building architecture is provided as a separate argument. A few additional cleanups / improvements are thrown in as well.
