[libvirt] [PATCH 00/24] Move all NUMA related configuration into one structure

Due to historical madne^Wreasons the NUMA configuration is split between /domain/cpu and /domain/numatune. Internally the data was also split into two places. We can't do anything about the external representation but we certainly can store all the definitions in one place internally. This series does that.
