[libvirt] QEMU has applied for Google Summer of Code 2013

QEMU.org has applied for Google Summer of Code 2013 and also aims to be an umbrella organization for libvirt and the KVM kernel module. Accepted mentoring organizations will be announced on April 8 at 19:00 UTC at http://google-melange.com/. This year we have proposed 5 QEMU project ideas, 1 KVM kernel module project idea, and 4 libvirt project ideas: http://qemu-project.org/Google_Summer_of_Code_2013 Thanks to everyone who has volunteered to be a mentor!
