In virStorageBackendDeviceIsEmpty, the return value for
virStorageBackendPARTEDValidLabel is -1 or 0. That makes the later
condition 'ret == -2' make always false. Remove the always false
condition.
Found by Linux Verification Center (portal.linuxtesting.ru) with SVACE.
