I didn't find any information regarding the host cpu cycles and memory utilization
to collect them remotely. Libvirt is installed on all the hosts.
You want to use the virNodeGetCPUStats() and virNodeGetMemoryStats()
APIs. In virsh, these are wrapped under 'nodecpustats' and
'nodememstats'.
