Re: [libvirt] [dockerfiles PATCH v2 2/3] refresh: Remove Dockerfiles from OSes not supported by osinfo-db-tools

osinfo-db-tools has recently switched to using meson instead of autotools and CentOS 7, Debian 9, Ubuntu 16.04. and Ubuntu 18.04 do not have the minimum required version of meson.
