[libvirt] Availability of libvirt-3.7.0 Release Candidate 2

I tagged the rc2 in git and pushed signed tarball and rpms to the usual place at: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ All looks fine to me at the moment, and planning a release during this week-end.
