[Libvirt-announce] Release of libvirt-2.4.0

It's out ! Not hearing any negative feedback on the release candidates I went ahead, this is tagged in git and signed tarball and rpms are now at the usual place: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ I also made a libvirt-python release though it is virtually identical to 2.3.0, to be found at: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/python/ this release is on the small side, leass than 250 commits were pulled in, mostly bugfixes and incremental improvement.
